• Working at all levels on a variety of training and mentoring programmes for an award winning UK computer software publisher. This included being the mentor/coach to the Directors during a Management Buy Out from the Founders.
  
  
• Recent projects for clients including an international credit card manufacturer, a chemical water treatment manufacturer, The Civil Service, local and national Government Agencies and a national advertising and PR agency, included a variety of training, mentoring and consultancy work which has been undertaken.

HOSPITALITY CONSULTANCY PROJECTS

• Consultancy to a National chain of themed restaurants.
  
  
• Undertaken a major consultancy and training project for Tourism Skills Network South West (S.W. Development Agency) providing business consultancy and training to Owners, Directors and Head of Departments of large and medium hotels, restaurants and tourist attractions including:
  
  
• Sale of a large 80 room / banqueting/leisure centre Hotel (consultancy) and senior staff training undertaken for the new owners.
  
  
• Purchase of two large hotels (consultancy) and subsequent senior management training.
  
  
• Development of a business expansion strategy for a major tourist attraction.
  
  
• Development of a an exit strategy for two Hotel Proprietors to pass the daily operation of the hotel to a specially trained team of managers.
  
  
• Implementation of an expansion programme for three luxury hotels by providing consultancy as well as leadership training for Heads of Departments.
  
  
• Providing business consultancy to a major new restaurant (80 covers) and deli from building site to 'turn key' also involving specialist training for new managerial staff.
