It's really the same as having your own fitness trainer.
First you meet with your coach to develop a route and map out YOUR needs. Then you meet probably every six to eight weeks for input, using your coach as a sounding board and to review progress.
You continue at YOUR own pace however long YOU wish (we have clients who have used coaches/mentors from 2 sessions - usually of 2 to 3 hours duration - to 18 sessions. That's 3 years!)
